A confidential and calming Space to talk-through the prevailing issues in your life and to facilitate Healing
I have been practicing for 14 years and I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) having qualified as an Integrative Psychotherapist at Roehampton University completing a B.s c Hons degree.
I have also worked with several Mental Health projects and initiatives including MIND private rehabilitation clinics for alcohol and drug rehabilitation and most recently with the Everyone Man project providing therapy for Anger Management and domestic abuse.
Since then, I have worked extensively in private practice with clients ranging from teenage adolescents to adults helping them to work through issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress and I work with clients who have been diagnosed with Psychosis and other psychiatric disorders.
I work with a Diverse and Inclusive approach welcoming anybody to therapy regardless of their background, gender or sexuality. I also work with business owners providing Leadership Coaching and Business Psychotherapy helping them to improve employee satisfaction and productivity and to give them a greater sense of how they wish to lead their business.
Within my partnership with the Osteopathic Doctor at Breeze Health, I provide Psychotherapy for many different mental health issues and also provide support for people suffering with physical pain helping them to connect the psychological reasons for their bodily discomfort and to help them to manage and cope with pain which is often very demoralising and debilitating when people are suffering with chronic issues.
Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist I worked as a Health Coach for 12 years helping my clients to improve the quality of their life through Stress Management, Nutrition, Exercise and overall well-being the management of stress working with the general public and small and medium sized businesses and I integrate this knowledge to help clients manage their lives in a way that enables them to cope better.

Ways that Psychotherapy can benefit your life?
How to Get Started
As it can be a daunting task to engage and find a therapist it is important that you feel comfortable with the person that you choose to work with. To give you an opportunity to answer any initial questions you may have and to gain a sense of how therapy can help you I offer a FREE 30 minute Telephone Conversation and personal introduction.
If you would like to proceed beyond the initial call, I offer a 75-minute introductory session to establish a basis for working together and to go through the significant events in your life, mental health history and family history, with further exploration into your reasons for seeking therapy and your personal therapy-goals.
I subsequently offer weekly 50-minute Psychotherapy Sessions in most instances with greater frequency for those that wish to engage in therapy in a more focused manner. Unfortunately, I do not offer sessions on a basis of less than weekly frequency. Sessions are offered on an open-ended basis with regular reviews of the direction and progress of therapy so that you can decide how long you wish to engage with the process. Sessions are offered either in person from my practice in Northwood Hills, Harrow, and Pinner or online via video call.
